By accessing our website or attending a Redline Runz event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled (see Refund Policy).
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable upon request.
Entry to the event requires proof of purchase and may include a scannable QR code or email confirmation.

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
Any dangerous driving, burnouts, or unauthorized racing outside of designated areas will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
Redline Runz reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual violating rules or putting others at risk.

All racers must sign a waiver before participating.
Redline Runz is not responsible for any of the following:
- Vehicle damage (including mechanical failures)
- Accidents on or off the track
- Personal injury to attendees, participants, or bystanders
- Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings or property
You attend and participate at your own risk, and agree to release Redline Runz, its organizers, affiliates, and venue partners from any liability.

By attending, you agree to potentially appear in photos or videos used for promotional purposes by Redline Runz.
Media content taken during the event may be posted publicly on our social media, website, or future marketing.

Events may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather or safety concerns.
In the case of rescheduling, tickets will carry over to the new date.
If a new date is not found, refunds will be issued.

All website content is owned by Redline Runz and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We are not liable for third-party links or content accessed through our site.
