Refund Policy

At Redline Runz, we understand that plans change and weather can be unpredictable. Here's how we handle refunds and event adjustments:

Event Changes or Cancellations:

In the event of weather-related delays, emergencies, or any unforeseen circumstances that impact the event:

  • We will make all updates and announcements via our official social media pages and website.

  • If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

  • If a new date cannot be confirmed, full refunds will be issued to ticket holders.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed events due to personal reasons

  • Changes in lineup, bracket structure, or meet location (as long as the core event proceeds)

Ticket Transfers:

If you can no longer attend, tickets are transferrable to another guest. Just contact us by email at RedlineRunz@gmail.com to update the name.

 

How to Request a Refund:

If eligible, email RedlineRunz@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.
